- Free Sizing and Cleaning
- Free Prong Check and retipping or resetting of prongs
- Free resetting of damaged stones or settings
- Free rhodium plating and/or electronic plating once a year
Trade-In Policy
- Any diamond jewelry piece can be traded in for another diamond piece of equal or lesser value for the life of the piece
Insurance
- Free replacement of small stones (up to 3 times)
- Customers will only be charged manufacturer’s replacement cost for lost center stones
Appraisal
- Every diamond purchase comes with a signed appraisal which includes all the specifications of the piece: diamond size, cut, color, weight of the piece and color photos. This appraisal can be used to insure jewelry.
